Rapid Innovation may be applied to all systems and contexts. It does not matter what the system is. It might be applied to improve Productivity, Quality, Maintenance, Operation, Operational Systems. It may be applied to machines, products and processes. It can even be applied to social systems and educational systems. However, the focus of Rapid Innovation is on improving Manufacturing Systems and making long term cultural changes in the organisation transforming it into a 'Thinking and Responsive Organisation'. 

There are Seven Basic Applications: 

1. When we want to make visible cultural changes in the organisation and transform it into a dynamic 'Thinking and Responsive' Organisation.  

2. You may consider applying Rapid Innovation method when you are completely at a loss to understand or solve a persistant problem (anything with your manufacturing system) or have tried all given methods for quite some time without much success.

3. You may also apply Rapid Innovation when there is an urgent need for you or your industry to quickly change the performance to catch up with the business demands or rapidly change as per the new requirement of the business.environment.

4. When you want to completely innovate or revamp your Maintenance Systems and Practices for long term sustained profitability.  

5. Or you may choose to apply the Rapid Innovation process when you are considering a heavy investment in your industry in terms of equipment purchase -- to indentify and eliminate system imperfections that would bother you and your profit margins for life, You actually need not inherit them forever if you apply our design review techniques and methods. 

6. Or when you are considering to set up a completely new factory and manufacturing set up. 

7. Or trying to assess or enhance the reliability, maintainability of your newly designed product and at the same time reduce the manufacturing cost of the product.

Our fees depend on the value you get through our design thinking. We put in as much time as is needed to make you successful through substantial value addition that gives you ongoing benefits for life.

However, the value is always generated in two specific ways:
