This slide show illustrates the basic concept of Rapid Innovation -- the heart of our work. The idea is that when faced with a challenge or a problem we don't jump to any conclusion or attack a particular part. The trick is to see the system as a whole and understand the interplay and interaction between different parts and then come up with a list of system imperfections. Thereafter, the challenge lies in negating or eliminating such imperfections for good to get the desired performance from a system.
