- Innovation should be such that it solve multiple problems in one stroke. In this case problems of quality, process, finance, IR, productivity, profitability, space were solved simultaneously. - Learning through experience is very difficult in organizations. This is because our actions and consequences of our actions are separated by time and distance, which makes it very difficult for us to connect the two to make any meaning about what we do and learn from those daily actions. This video illustrates a solution that made the participants happy. Needless to say the organization was happy too! A sure way to improve productivity, performance, quality and profitability. However, designing an 'experiential Learning' method for 'workers' was itself a great challenge for us.

These videos were created by us in live 'action' in the real world of work. The idea was to make our work observable and also illustrate as to how our work can be redefined -- new rules, norms and tools -- the holy triad that moves any organization. And these videos also show how existing assumptions might be challenged and the unquestionable can be questioned for improvement of the organization as a whole.
The videos were recorded by HD video recorder and then patiently edited for hours. Hats off to our colleague Mr. Trichur Ranjan Khan.
